Cancellation Policy
Please respect that we are a growing business, if you could allow at least 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment to enable us to give your appointment to someone else. Please note a 50% service charge will be applied for any Racoon Extension appointment if less than 1 week notice is given. We thank you for your valued custom and continued support.
Salon Policy
Appointment times are strictly scheduled, please be aware that in order to deliver a great service our stylists must manage time. Therefore in respect to our valued clients please ensure you keep to the correct time of your appointment. We welcome children of all ages into our salon, however please be advised that they MUST be supervised at ALL times. Thank you.
Consultation
A Full consultation will be given at the start of your visit, with our compliments, to discuss the results that can be achieved during your service.
Recommend a friend
Recommend vouchers are avaliable. If you introduce a new client to our salon with this card they will receive 50% off their first cut & finish, and as a thank you to you, on your next vsit so will you!
Colour Services
Please be advised all clients who are visiting our salon for any colour service will require a patch skin test 48 hours prior to their appointment. Please ask your stylist for more details when making your colour appointment - thank you.
